How can i export a Excel table for every row add in my app?

Can i export a Excel table with every row added in my app?
If yes, how can i do it?
And if isn’t possible, how alternative i have?

I need to create a report for every row added in my questionary… If you can help me step by step, it would be beautiful because i’m not very able to use this software… thanks a lot in advance!

It can be also a PDF with all the response, not necessarily an excel table…
