How Can I show information the other table?

Hello everyone and first I want to thank you because you guys always help me.

Today I have a question, the first photo I have one option, I call it payment method, it is in the table of the general data of the employee, and I have another table where I upload the employee’s invoices.

I would like the app to show me the payment method in the table where I upload the employee´s invoices, I don´t would like to have to go to the employee´s profile to see that information.

How can I do?
