How can i update a cell with TIMENOW when a different cell ENUM is changed to a specific anwswer

I have a column that is Job Status. I want to have the current time inserted into a Job Started column when Job Started is selected from an ENUM. I have another column titeled Job Completed I would like updated when the job status is changed to Job Completed from he ENUM.
