It appears you have this column prior to the required columns start/finish… And you have start/finish hidden… Making it impossible for you to fix it?

I can’t see my [Start Date] & [Expected finish date] hidden in the table task. Can you explain a little more please?

@Taran_Bhagat exactly. Does this efficiency column come before the start/finish in your slice/data source?

What are your show_if requirements on the Start/Finish?

What is your valid_if on this column?
