How do I change the items that appear in the list view?

I would like different collumns info to appear in the list here. What dictates the info that is showing up here? Can I add a label to it as well? Like above the numbers, to label what they are. For example, the first row, it says ‘25’ next to the image. That is our re-order point. But I want it to say Qty on Hand and drop in the figure for that. Then on the right, it has the ‘need to order’ column which for that one says ‘-3’ which is fine but I would like it to say Qty
