How do I create two apps using the same data (tables)?

You just need to use the same database as a source for your two apps.

I have tried to do that but the spreadsheet seems to allow only one app, as its source, how do I connect that same spreadsheet to a second app I am creating?

The easiest way probably is if you copy the app and use the same spreadsheet as a source.

I have tried that too, But once I copied the app the Source Id changes directly and it is not the same spreadsheet anymore. Another spreadsheet creates itself for the app I just copied and the two apps are not connected as I wanted.

When you copy the app from Appsheet Editor > Manage > Author > Copy app, it asks you the question “Make a copy of the data for the new app”. It’s ON as a default but if you set it as OFF, it uses the same spreadsheet as a source.
