How do I insert Text in a form? I need the client to sign a release statement and want the statement displayed above the signature field. I am new so I am sorry if this has been answered before. I did try to google the answer but could not locate an answer

Hi @Peter_Teo, In general, you can have a long text field above the Signature field in the form built in the app that can capture the client’s release statement.
