How do I turn off the App Gallery in a unpublished app? It appears in the hamburger menu.

Regardless of your app being deployed or not, you cannot remove those items like โ€œCreate New Appโ€ and โ€œApp Galleryโ€ from hamburger menu, unless you while label your app.
