Hi , You can find the app name in the URL of an app when you open it in the app editor.

Please search after appName= "

" and between & Typically

the app name will be something like “Consultant-10305” or “Journalist-10305” where 10305 is user ID suffix.

Below is the partial illustrative relevant part of the URL

Here Journalist-10305 is the app anem.
