How much data can appsheet could handle? Does it also have capacity equivalent to that of Google sheet? Or less than that? Howmuch exactly?

Your question is directly related with the database source of your app is using or you intend to use, not with AppSheet. AppSheet only provides a secure gateway between your database and your app’s core build. So if your source is Google, than your data limit:
Up to 5 million cells for spreadsheets that are created in or converted to Google Sheets. 40,000 new rows at a time. maximum number of columns of 18,278 columns. Number of Tabs: 200 sheets per workbook.
