How to add a 'checked' by supervisor for reports generated by workers

Is it possible to have an option for a supervisor to ‘check’ reports generated by workers?

Hi Mari. You might find this Work Orders app to be helpful (https://www.appsheet.com/samples/A-work-order-app-in-which-employees-can-request-repairs-and-fixes?a...).

By going to “Open Issues” -> Click on an open work order -> Click on the edit button: You can set the status to “Resolved”, indicate who resolved it, and provide a signature (see screenshot). A similar workflow to this could be applied to your use case.

Do you think this would work for an already completed report? ie. a survey is completed by a worker and supervisor can then go in, check and date/time it.

A report will be automatically be sent to supervisor after the worker completes the survey, and it would be better if after the supervisor checks it, there isn’t another report generated.
