How to add arrows to detail view

Instead of only being able to slide, how do I add arrows?
I’ve looked everywhere and can’t find the option.

There is no option for slideshow view. I am using Card view.
I have 2 identical apps(with different sheets as sources) and the arrows show up on one of them that also uses card view, but not on the other

Please post screenshots showing both the working and the non-working views.

I figured it out. It looks like the problem was that the arrows are very very difficult to see with the preset background options.
Perhaps an option to change arrow colors would be good?
