How to configure a column that has "Ref" type, but multi select option

How to configure a column that has “Ref” type, but multi select option.
Table 1: USERS
Table 2: KPI

“KPI” Table having “Team Members” field which should hold multiple names from USERS table.

In same time, If I go to USERS, should able to see all assigned KPIs as REF_ROW.

Is it possible?

I’m afraid that’s not possible because the ref field can only contains one unique value.
