I’ll try to make a short summary

Every time I add information to my spreadsheet, the timer should start.

Every time the “Estado da intervenção” column is populated with “Encerrado (5.5)” information, the stopwatch must be stopped and the time must be shown in the SLA column

Have you tried to use ChangeTimestamp column for that purpose? You can set the column and the value for that column. When the specific value is added into that column, it will record the timestamp.
