How to Delect Function "Approve All Items"

That is the bulk record selection. It will only appear when there is at least one Action available that can be executed on multiple records. In a basic app, this typically means the Delete Action is available.

What does your Action do?

You can include a CONTEXT() expression in the Action’s Behavior so that it can’t be used from that view, or any table view.

However I think I remember from another recent thread, this won’t actually get rid of the bulk-select button. But you may be fine with that.
