How to disable back & menu button in detail views?

In detail views, during wait-state for user to confirm (such as No/Delete in this snapshot), the confirm dialogue should be modal. Any other options or buttons should be temporarily disabled by default. This includes the back and menu button (as in this snapshot).

However, these things still always available even when the confirm dialogue is on top. The view underneath can be freely changed in background, this can potentially confuse the users.

Where can I make them disabled during this confirm wait-state?
