How to enable particular set users to edit table information but not the other users

Good day AppSheet Community,

Can someone walk me through with steps on how to allow a couple users (with management status) to have add, update and delete functionality on a table but not the remainder of users.
I know this functionality is possible but I cannot seem to add it.
