How to filter data by character from an existing list to give a list

Currently I have some problems as follows:
For example, I have a table called companies, which has a Company Role field that includes (Buyer, Seller).
How to show filter list of companies where Role Company = Buyyer.

Thank you for your feedback but
It’s a good idea, but it’s still not a sensible solution for me.
I want to call a value from one table to another table with a list and in that list filter out by a condition. this is my idea
