How to format the Form (edit) view

Hello,

I have about 50 columns in my spreadsheet ( yes, lots!) and when i create a new entry there are again lots of things to fill out.

I have two questions

1. Is there any ways i can create nice and clear sections in the form editor view? maybe background colours? Section headers?
2. How can i re-arrange columns in the form editor view?
