How to handle multiple update to the same cell

How to create a multiple cash collection situation in app sheet, i have attached the google sheet screen shot.

1. I wanna permanently subtract from the total amount after each collection
2. i wanna know the date and time & user id of each cash collection for each bill.
   any help would be appreciated.
