how to have people sign into your app if the company has all the clouds lock down. The only cloud service we have is Box and it cost to much for everyone to have a account.

You can register to AppSheet Business Plan and integrate AWS Cognito to your plan. You will have an initial licence package of 100 and then every user can even create a definite username and pwd combination to login instead of a cloud account.
