How to Hide an action Button until an underlying record update is complete?

Or showing the action button, after the update of records by the user on the view, are committed to the google sheet

There is no built-in way for the app to know when or even if a row has been committed to the data source. You could add a normal (not virtual) column to the table that has a spreadsheet formula. The value of that column will only exist after a sync has occurred, when the row is written to the spreadsheet.
