How to keeping some column data from last record ,?

am looking for a way to create an action that will let me to keep some column data from the last record , ? i want to avoid retyping the same of column data again

You’ll need to use an Initial value expression: This will get you the value of the Date column from the last row of the My Table table: LOOKUP( MAX(My Table[_ROWNUMBER]), "My Table", "_ROWNUMBER", "Date" )

but i want to create a button when i "click on " will do the action of copying data ,
when i put the formula in "Initial value " it makes the action of copying data on all rows but me I don’t want the action to be applyed on all rows , I need it only for some rows

That’s a much more difficult proposition, since you can’t use actions in forms. It’s technically possible to do what you want without actions, but it’s complicated, and I’m not prepared to detail the process at this time.
