Is there a way to make rows in the table view unclickable?

I don’t think so. You just have to set it up so if they do that they can see no more than is already in the table

Create an Action that does nothing, like a Group with nothing in it, or a set value of column with the current value of the column, or a reference action that doesn’t reference any rows, etc. Then set that action as the row select behavior.
