How to remove "Quick Edit"

How do I remove this option “Quick Edit” I deleted Quick Edit everywhere I could and its still showing.

Whenever I click the three dots. Its always an option. I cannot seem to find where these options/actions are being pulled from. Can someone please assist?

**Nevermind I figured it out! Go to the View and click the eclipse to edit the actions shown **

So "Quick Edit" is an action.  You need to create a ShowIf equation for it that hides it in certain circumstances
