How to show the count for title (exclude repetitive rows in the same title)

As shown in the right photo that “China = 7”, the number represents all the rows for filter “China”. However, I want the number to just show only the news per country which in this case is 3 as shown in the left photo.

How do I do it?

Little bit difficult to identify from where that 3 is coming from but it sounds that you should add a virtual (or normal) column where you can combine the country and news and then group with that column. Then the count would be correct.
