How to use a button to fill a form (that is not from the same table)?

I need to be able to click this action button:

I want that button to open my form and populate the form with the information from that view:

So i have 2 tables.

Table A - shows the GPS items with their column values
Table B - i need to have fill once the user completes the form (that i need to populate according to the chosen item):

[School_Bus]

Could you just use the action,
Data: add a new row to another table using values from this row
