how to you update new data in excel after you build the app?

When you have that record in your app, you can update that record when you open it and save it. Then it will update the data in your XLS file.

I have tried but it not working.

Do they have a limit if u are not a subscribe limits.

I got to the data and open the data and copy and paste new data into the xls and saved but my app did not update.

No, there is no limit in that way. Please check if you have the Offline option called Behavior > Offline/Sync > Delta Sync as ON. If yes, set it as OFF and see if that helps.
