I need help to transfer an app between users. Our subscription owner or/Super admin has tried the steps in the subjected URL but it seems the user we are trying to transfer ownership of subscription and/or app. The user is showing that it is not connected to our enterprise account. However, the user is being given admin privileges, the user can oversee and perform user administration and the contents as well but still see the free account on the top and not the paid or pro. When the previous login to the AppSheet portal, he sees pro on the top. I guess i need to connect with someone at the app sheet to address this issue and get the app and/or account ownership from our previous service/application owner to the new user account.
