I am creating a form with a nested form. Is there anyway to move the nested form position around my main form?

Create a slice and then use that slice as a source for your form view. In that slice you can reorder your fields.

You need to add a related table into your database. And when you have done that, the ref field needs to have the option IsAPartOf as TRUE.
