I am trying to generate a workflow that looks like the table below. There are more groups below just like the “.Total (2018)”. Is there a way to group a table in a workflow like we do in a table view? Thanks in advance.

You need to generate it with a suitable QUERY expression in the spreadsheet and then read that table for your template.
