I am trying to generate a workflow that looks like the table below. There are more groups below just like the “.Total (2018)”. Is there a way to group a table in a workflow like we do in a table view? Thanks in advance.

No. Workflow does not support “group by”.

You need to generate it with a suitable QUERY expression in the spreadsheet and then read that table for your template.

Its possible if you always want the workflow to show all the groups.

Otherwise, like @Aleksi_Alkio said, you’ll need to create a table in Sheets or whatever that lays out your data as you want to display it in a workflow or a view.
