I and a few of my UK clients are reporting that my workflow emails are taking 3-5 mins to arrive.

Checked the workflow logs and it says they all were showing ‘success’

immediately.

Possibly server or google issue?

Some emails are taking up to 15mins to arrive and others seem to have disappeared into the ether.

Even when I run the workflow by clicking Test then Send on the specific row

Same here.

There is a queue maintained for workflow emails. We’ll check to see if there is a any problem with the queue.

It seems to be our problem. Emails are being queued up and the queue is processing slowly. We’re investigating the cause. No emails should be lost though.

id like to add to this also, we are getting very few of our sms and email workflow notifications as well. they come through after some delay on my gmail and personal phone, but almost none to my company email and phone, and thats with having both types of contacts added to the workflow.

I believe that the email delay problem is solved now.

@Erika_Braxton Twilio reports that SMS messages are being delayed because of heavy SMS traffic due to the midterm elections.
