I can not edit my primary key

I have this table to add new users, I am the only one who can see it, but when I want to edit the email I can not, although it is editable.

The answer is in the title:
You can not edit the primary key

Es una medida de seguridad que no puedas editarlo para que, en caso de hacer referencia a esa fila desde otra tabla, no rompas la relación por haber cambiado la key/id por error o intencionalmente.
Si tienes una tabla para agregar usuarios, y cometes un error con el mail, podrías mejor tener una columna (física) que genere su ID dinámicamente y que el email sea solo un campo más que referenciar en lugar de la key.
