I have 2 first gen ipads running IOS 9.35

they have been working fine with app sheet however this morning both devices will not launch app sheet.

The launch screen comes up with the small blue box in the lower left corner, however it goes not where from there.

I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled and logged back in with no success.

Anyone have any idea what may be going on???
