I have a pretty simple question but am having difficulty finding the answer. How can I filter the dropdown list on a form entry based on another column?

For example, if I have a form that has Region and State, when I select the Region, the State field will prepopulate a smaller list to choose from.

I know this is probably simple and I am overlooking the solution; thanks in advance for the help.

This seemed to create the correct dropdown but I am unable to add a new record outside of the pre-populated list.

Do you know if there’s a way to have a filtered drop down list where you can add new records? It seems that this method forces a constraint
