I have a reimbursement app and need the following but dont know how to do it.
I create a reimbursement header (1 table) and then add line items by Ref (2nd table). What I need is a sequential numbering assigned to each line item per reimbursement ID.
Example: I create a header and add 2 line items. The first line item I add should have a number โ1โ assigned to it. The second line item I add should have a number โ2โ assigned to it. If I create a different reimbursement header and this time add 8 line items, they should have 1-8 assigned to those line items.
How is this done?
