I have a user on a test-mode app who complains about having to login every time she opens the app.

Is that because the app is in test mode, or is there some other problem with the app?

Is she launching the app using browser URL? If yes, it is possible that she signs out on browser each time, or she deletes cookies on browser; if she uses the AppSheet app on mobile device, only one login for the first time is enough.

@RezaRaoofi she is currently using the app on iPhone only. She has access to two different apps, but uses one login for them both, and uses no other logins for other AppSheet apps on the same phone.
