I have an app that is intended for oil rig inspections. The user will visit the rig and take some notes with the app. The notes will then be placed in specific places in a word document template and emailed back to the user. My problem is the attachment in the email is a PDF. Is there a way I can have the email attachment be a word document so that the user can edit it before sending to the customer?

Currently the only supported Workflow attachment formats are PDF, CSV, XML or JSON. You may ask for Word document as a new feature here: https://www.appsheet.com/feature-requests

Just as a suggestion, if the users often need to revise their notes, why do not you allow them to make the changes in the app by editing their existing inspection notes, and generating the PDF again once it is final?

@RezaRaoofi Yes that is a good idea and I will do that. It is just easier to use the computer when typing a lot of information.
