I have an URGENT billing situation I’ve been trying to resolve for over a week.

My account is now on “blocked” status and I’m unable to access the app. I have users on the app as well.

I have my parent account where I need to insert info for the account above in order to apply my discount but what I’m seeing is this screen in my parent account. I’m unable to insert the account info.

Can someone please help?!!!
