I have used my Office O365 account to login a trial account and published a sheet from my Onedrive For business successfully. After now i am not able to again visit my trial version with same

O365 account, it shows " 401 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentials ". Let know how i can again login to my trail account and remove the access i given to my Excel sheet and remove the published APP from AppSheet ?
