I m making a basic sample app linked to my app sheet

what i want is this
i want the app to allow the user to input data and update the google sheet
this is how my sheet looks like

when i update the data it starts looking like this

i want it to look like this

pls tell how can this be done …pls help me i m a new bie

So a few pointers

The first column needs to be your Key column, so just call it [Key]

Next you can’t have columns B-F all called value. So call them [Question 1], [Question 2]… etc. In the App definitiion you’ll be able to gve them a display name

Then simply going in to your appsheet account, “create a new app”, “using own data” and point it at this spreadsheet.
