I´m working in a app that allow booking car. how can i control the changes of the booking ? Is there formula or field that can record every change?

what kind of control you wish to have on booking changes ? Such as confirming and locking a booking ?

Could you also please add a bit on ,what kind of records you wish to have for changes?For example, such as number of times a field was changed or what time a field was changed?

Thanks, i would like to have a log of the changes made to the booking of the cars! The user can select a car and book for a date, after that date the car it´s available again, after that it can be book again! At this point i can go to my spreadsheet and see that history of this car.
