I need a recommendation for the use of a survey (refresh) where the questions can be created and after that it can be made available in the app to a group of users.

In this case, what kind of data source is most recommended (google sheet or BD) and if appsheet can read data online or near-online?

Then Google Sheet should be okay if you donโ€™t have any other reason to use SQL.
