I need to create a template in google docs or any other way to create a pdf doc for me, I am familiar with the <> however only to map the 1st row immediately below my field/column headings of the particular table. How do I include the 2nd and 3rd plus multiple additional rows below row 1 also in the pdf? Any suggestions?

I believe this case is closed (support answered). The reason was a missing <Start:> and <> expression on template.
