I need to create an status row that is connected to another row on another table

Hi, i’m blowing up my brain trying this for months haha

i created an app about dogs registry, in one table you register a dog, fill every information about him, in another table you can create a file about the refferenced dog, i have 4 types of files which some of this type of document generate a status from an app formula like:
(If the type of document is death than “Status” = “Is death”)

what i need to do is, i created a status row in another table and i need this status row to automatically get the information from status row in this files table referenced by the dog id.
