I need to send automated emails when records are created. For example, a record is created and assigned to a particular user. I need the assigned person to recieve an email to inform them.
I would also like to send a copy of the email to another user.
Also, a stage further, if the user does not action and change the status from open
to โclosedโโฆwithin a set number of days, then a reminder email is sentโฆ
Is this possible using a premium account?
