I shared my app with the boss, and gave him edit permission. Then he payed for the proper subscription plan on his account but it doesn’t seem to have been applied to the app. What do I have to do?

App owner pays for proper subscription plan; you can transfer your app to your boss’ AppSheet account and then he could pay for user(s).

How do I transfer the app? I do not see that option anywhere.

The subscription needs to be on the app owner’s account. You could either have him cancel and set up payment on your account. Or you can transfer the app to his account (make sure to transfer the underlying data as well).
