I turn the options below f and it still appears? Is this a BUG?

Allow users to provide feedback
Apps that require user signin can enable users to give feedback to the app creator.

Show name and email in the side menu
Hide the user information in the side menu.

Thanks I have sorted it now. The app did not update because of version issues. I refreshed the browser and the interface changed style (Material Design) and it worked.
