Can you explain the use case you have, and why you want to remove View?

If you do not care at all to see the existing rows in Related SOP Sign Off Logs, you could completely hide that inline view, and instead add an action button to only allows for adding new rows to that Sign Off Logs table; the action would go to LINKTOFORM(…)

I second this request, and actually, I think another use case could valuable: Just seeing the inline view without the View or New link. I made this request last year as well.
