I would like like the text in the field go red, amber or green depending on the number range in the same field.

i have tried Format Rules and it works perfectly, however, I have to sync before the colour changes appear.

I need this to be real time, is there a way to do this?

Geoff. Format rules typically work immediately on data change when changed by you.

If the data is changed by someone else, a sync is required.
